Getting Help Considering how concerned teens can be about fitting in, its not surprising that many teens with panic disorder feel embarrassed about their condition. However, the severity of this condition may become worse when this shame develops into avoidance behaviors and agoraphobia. The signs and symptoms of agoraphobia often develop within the first year of the teens onset of panic attacks. If left untreated, the fears and avoidance behaviors associated with agoraphobia can worsen. In order to manage panic disorder and agoraphobia, its important to seek treatment early on. Common treatment options involve a combination of psychotherapy and medication. Treatment may also involve a technique known as systematic desensitization, in which the teen is gradually exposed to avoided and feared situations. Throughout the beginning of her journey, Dorothy proceeds to make friends with the Tin Woodsman and the Cowardly Lion and promises them her aid as well. It is through these important promises that Dorothy is eventually able to return home for her new friends find ways of protecting her and keeping her safe. She would have been all alone in a strange world without her companions and so it is important that she keeps her promises to each of them and see that they reach the Wizard alongside her. It is her companions that support her and see her to her final destination and so by keeping her promises, goodness ensues with her reaching her goal of meeting the Wizard and ultimately returning home to Kansas. Through fulfilling her promises as well, Dorothy is able to guide her companions on a path to realizing that they already possessed their desired characteristics in themselves, independent of the false hopes derived from the Wizard. It only serves him a dose of his own medicine that he takes a balloon over the desert, more than likely to never be heard from again. It is his uncertain, most likely dismal future that resulted from his immoral promises that he could not keep and the deceptive faults committed against his own subjects and guests. A better, brighter future may have resulted if only the Wizard had kept his promises, or at least made promises that he had a chance to fulfill. Even though a person may not be the most loyal or the most respected in all the land, it has nothing to do with the everlasting sense of honour that one can feel when ones word is kept. It was formed on the 2nd of December 1971 (Latham & Watkins LLP, 2011, p. 1). The UAE federal constitution was adopted and accepted in 1996. It ensures the allocation of powers between the federal government and the government of each Emirate. It is one of the largerst countries in t he Gulf with a land area that extends to 83,000 square kilometers and a population of 2.6 million (Gulf Law, 2011). But over time the federal powers have developed slowly and the constitution has established set of rules under the creation of President as the chief of state and Vice President as second of rule, each having a fixed term of 5 year service. Unfortunately, money and economics have a great influence on the value of life. As presented in the text, the Jones-Lee Approach, the relationship between wages and risk, and the study with the smoke detectors, all show that even with health, as with material consumer products, people will purchase more when the price is cheaper. People actually place a higher value on life when the means of "saving" that life are cheaper. The limitations to this type of analysis are that money and numerical figures are not the only way people assess the value of life. Placing a monetary value on life depicts how people react to prices as they do with all goods they purchase. There are many other ways, however, to measure how much you value your life. Obviously, good health is a major factor of being happy and satisfied with your life. However, people also place family, friends, and self-realization very high on the list of value. Every year, the United States allots a limited amount of money that may be spent on health care. Not everyone can be saved and cured, and the decision on who is, is left up to those in charge. The fact is, different people have different views on whose life should be valued more. Some may want to save a young child who hasn't had a chance to live their life over an elderly person who has lived a long fulfilling life.
